Communication
  • One main service provider and 2 redundant service providers for telephone and internet connectivity.
  • Video conferencing and tele-bridge facility to ensure worldwide connectivity.
  • Collaboration through standard and secure applications like Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Skype, Microsoft OneDrive, etc.
  • Isolated communication channels possible depending on customer’s need through VPN.
People
  • Trained to work in globally disbursed engineering groups.
  • Client specific NDA signed by authorized person.
  • Confidentiality and IT security Awareness programs conducted at the time of joining and at regular intervals.
  • Individual NDA and confidentiality agreement signed upon requirement of the client.
Physical Security
  • 100% Physical Check of all employees entering/exiting work area (if required)
  • No personal laptops allowed inside ODC and work area unless approved by client.
  • Printer/Shredder are located inside secure environment.
  • Drawings and technical documentation remains inside work area and cannot be removed without explicit approval from the client.
  • Client can web-enable cameras for remote monitoring of entry-exit into the dedicated facility.
  • Client may conduct random audits at their convenience.
  • Mandatory Photo ID for all employees. Biometric ready (if needed).
  • Business continuity ready/Fire Safety Measures implemented.
  • Paper shredder at project area to securely destroy paper, CD/DVD and other documents.
Data Security
  • All external storage devices, flash drives, or memory sticks etc., controlled using SaaS solution to monitor and control every remote device.
  • Local admin rights on end point devices are provided only on justified business case with approval from the client. End point encryption enabled.
  • SaaS based Antivirus/ Anti Spyware/ Anti Malware solution to enable work from anywhere and be secure
  • End point devices erased at the end of the project as part of the Project Closure Checklist and signed by client.
  • Annual audits of workstation and security processes can be conducted to check compliance.
  • Client data storage and transfer will adhere to the client chosen option.
  • Segregation of project network based on client’s needs.
  • Client’s IT departments can remotely monitor network usage.
IP Management
  • A commitment to protecting client‘s intellectual property
  • All material, property, drawings, documents, designs, software, tools developed or built for a client remains the sole property of the customer.
  • On the termination or completion of the contract Merraky’s team will return all the above to the client.
Non-Disclosure
